RETURN PROCEDURE

• According to the law 6502 on consumer protection, the product you have purchased; You can return it if it is determined that it has not been used within the first 14 days after the invoice date within the scope of the consumer's 'Right of Withdrawal without Reason'.
• In addition, you can send the products you think to be a manufacturing defect or something else and that you want to return, within 14 working days following the delivery date and send them to us.
• In product return transactions, you must send an e-mail to aslihan.basakk@gmail.com by specifying the order number along with all documents (gift exchange card or invoice, product packaging) given to you at the purchase stage. When your mail reaches us, the process will be started.
• The unused product of the returned product will be checked by our experts.
• Return shipping costs belong to the buyer.
• The product to be returned or exchanged; must be in its original package, complete and undamaged, together with the invoice (if any, standard accessories). Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed or damaged due to use in any way are not accepted. Returns of all kinds of products are accepted only if their packaging is unopened, intact, unused and untested.

We cannot make any exchanges on any purchase you make from www.abkcontemporary.com, as the products are generally handmade, limited edition and special production. However, you can return the product within 14 days from the moment of purchase, under the conditions stated above.
